Frenzel + Berg Elektronik GbR was founded at October 1st 1990 by the managing directors Erich Frenzel and Stefan Berg. After their joint study period, the company had initially settled in Neu-Ulm.
After several years of activity and an interim move to Ulm frenzel & berg was successfully established on the market activity in industrial and medical applications. With a large number of regular customers and a healthy order growth frenzel & berg Elektronik moved back to Neu-Ulm in 1996.
In 2006, the company was renamed to frenzel + berg electronic GmbH & Co.KG and moved to Ulm again into the first own building.
